How do I request a VR or AR quote from outside Brazil?
Fill out the form on this page or email [email protected] in English, Spanish or Portuguese. International clients can also book a discovery call in their own time zone — we have working hours that overlap with US East/West, CET and GMT.
How fast does Revirtua respond?
We answer quote requests within 1 business day (Brasília time, UTC−3). Calls are typically scheduled within 24–48 hours of first contact, with options for video meetings on Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.
In which currencies can I be billed?
We invoice in USD, EUR or BRL. International clients can pay via SWIFT/IBAN wire transfer, Wise multi-currency, Stripe or PayPal. We provide compliant invoicing for cross-border accounting and can issue documentation aligned with your jurisdiction's requirements.
Will Revirtua sign an NDA before discussing the project?
Yes. We routinely sign cross-border NDAs (mutual or one-way) governed by the law of the client's choice — Brazilian, US, EU or other — before reviewing sensitive details. Request the NDA on first contact and we'll return it signed the same business day.
Can Revirtua deliver projects fully remotely?
Yes. Most of our international projects are delivered 100% remotely: cloud-based development environments, weekly demo calls, asynchronous Loom updates, GitHub/Slack collaboration and over-the-air VR builds. On-site visits for kickoff or live events are available globally.
