Who can hire Revirtua's services?

Companies and individuals with legal capacity in their jurisdiction. International clients sign service agreements that can be governed by Brazilian, US, EU or other applicable law as agreed in the commercial proposal.

Which law applies in case of dispute?

By default these terms follow Brazilian law, but service agreements with international clients can elect a different governing law and arbitration venue (e.g. ICC, LCIA, AAA) when agreed in the contract.
