How does logistics work for events in Brazil and abroad?
For events in Brazil we deliver door-to-door with insurance. For international events we offer DDP shipping with full customs documentation and remote support during the event.
Do the headsets come with content pre-installed?
Yes. We pre-load the client's app or our demo content via MDM (ArborXR, ManageXR), with store lockdown and controlled OTA updates.
How much does it cost to rent a VR kit?
Daily rates start at accessible levels for single units; monthly and annual corporate packages reduce per-device cost. We invoice in USD, EUR, or BRL for international clients.
Does the rental include technical support?
Yes. It includes pre-event briefing, trained operators (optional), remote support during operation, and fast-swap replacement in case of failure — also for events outside Brazil.
Can the rental support multiplayer experiences?
Yes. We configure local networks or cloud-based setups for multiplayer experiences with 50+ simultaneous users, with sync and real-time monitoring dashboard.
